We set up containment barriers to help control dust and separate the work area from the rest of the property.
Protect the route and what stays.
We lay protective floor covers from the work area to the door we use to enter and exit. We also cover fixtures and other items that are not being removed.
Protect plumbing and drains.
We cap plumbing as part of the agreed tear-out scope and cover drains to help keep demolition debris out.
Dismantle with purpose.
We take time to dismantle and disassemble items such as cabinets. Most renovation jobs need thoughtful removal, not a smash-everything approach.
Keep the work area orderly.
We clean up as we work and remove debris throughout the job to reduce clutter and trip hazards. Cleanup is part of our demolition process, not something left until the very end.
